【摘要】:ThispartofISO3686specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,bothgeometrictestsandmachiningtestsonverticalspindle,portaltypecoordinatedrillingandboringmachines.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.Itshouldbenotedthat,besidesdrillingandboringoperations,itmaybepossibletocarryoutlightmillingoperationswiththesemachines.However,thispartofISO3686doesnotdealwithjigboringmachinesormachiningcentres.ThispartofISO3686dealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoises,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),northemachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ThispartofISO3686providestheterminologyusedfortheprinciplecomponentsofthemachineandindicatesthedesignationoftheaxesinaccordancewithISO841.

【摘要】:Densityisafundamentalphysicalpropertythatcanbeusedinconjunctionwithotherpropertiestocharacterizeboththelightandheavyfractionsofpetroleumandpetroleumproducts.Determinationofthedensityorrelativedensityofpetroleumanditsproductsisnecessaryfortheconversionofmeasuredvolumestovolumesatthestandardtemperatureof15x00B0;C.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthedensity,relativedensity,andAPIGravityofpetroleumdistillatesandviscousoilsthatcanbehandledinanormalfashionasliquidsatthetemperatureoftest,utilizingeithermanualorautomatedsampleinjectionequipment.Itsapplicationisrestrictedtoliquidswithtotalvaporpressures(seeTestMethodD5191)typicallybelow100kPaandviscosities(seeTestMethodD445orD7042)typicallybelowabout15000mm2/satthetemperatureoftest.Thetotalvaporpressurelimitationhowevercanbeextendedto>100kPaprovidedthatitisfirstascertainedthatnobubblesformintheU-shaped,oscillatingtube,whichcanaffectthedensitydetermination.Someexamplesofproductsthatmaybetestedbythisprocedureinclude:gasolineandgasoline-oxygenateblends,diesel,jet,basestocks,waxes,andlubricatingoils.1.1.1Waxeswerenotincludedinthe1999interlaboratorystudy(ILS)samplesetthatwasusedtodeterminethecurrentprecisionstatementsofthemethod,sinceallsamplesevaluatedatthetimewereanalyzedatatesttemperatureof15x00BA;C.Waxsamplesrequireatemperaturecelloperatedatelevatedtemperaturesnecessarytoensurealiquidtestspecimenisintroducedforanalysis.Consultinstrumentmanufacturerinstructionsforappropriateguidanceandprecautionswhenattemptingtoanalyzewaxsampletypes.RefertothePrecisionandBiassectionofthemethodandNote6formoredetailedinformationaboutthe1999ILSthatwasconducted.1.2Incasesofdispute,therefereemethodistheonewheresamplesareintroducedmanuallyasin6.3or6.4,asappropriateforsampletype.1.3Thistestmethodshouldnotbeappliedtosamplessodarkincolorthattheabsenceofairbubblesinthesamplecellcannotbeestablishedwithcertainty.ForthedeterminationofdensityincrudeoilsamplesuseTestMethodD5002.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsareregardedasthestandard,unlessstatedotherwise,suchasthex201C;torrx201D;unitsofpressureinEq1.Theacceptedunitsofmeasurefordensityaregramspermillilitre(g/mL)orkilogramspercubicmetre(kg/m3).1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see7.4,7.5,and10.3.
