【摘要】:Thisguidecanbeusedtofacilitatecategorizingweardataforinsertionintoacomputerizeddatabase.Thisguideidentifiesasetofessentialdatafieldswhichshouldbeprovidedforallrecords,andalsoidentifiesadditionaloptionaldatafields.Thisguidedoesnotrequiretheuseofanyparticulardatabaseformat,nordoesitendorseanyparticularcomputerdatabasesoftware.Becauseofincreasedactivityinbuildingcomputerizeddatabasesandthedesiretoencouragetheiruniformityandthereforetheeaseofdatacomparisonanddatainterchange,itisappropriatetoprovideaguidefortheinclusionofweartestdataindatabases.Availabilityofaguidealsoencouragesthebuildersofdatabasestoincludesufficientlycompleteinformationsothatcomparisonsamongindividualsourcesmaybemadewithassurancethatsimilaritiesordifferences,orboth,intheweartestproceduresandconditionsarecovered.Thesetofdatafieldsdescribedinthisguidewillusuallybeexpandedandcustomizedbytheuserforspecificpurposes.Itshouldbepossibletoarrangetheadditionalfieldswithinthelogicalstructurethatispresentedinthisguide.Thisguidedoesnotapplytodatafromrollingcontactweartests,gallingtests,orerosionorcavitationtests.Datathatareincludedshouldapplytostandardtestsortosteady-statewear.Thisguidehasnoimplicationondatarequiredformaterialsproductionorpurchase.Reportingofactualtestresultsshouldbeasdescribedintheactualmaterialspecificationorasagreeduponbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer,asshownonthepurchaseorderandacknowledgement.1.1Thisguidecoversandisintendedtoassistintheorganizationofweartestdataforthepurposeofdatastorageincomputerizeddatabases.Itismeanttoassisttheuserindevelopingdatabasesforthepurposeofdatacomparisonandutilization.Dataelements(fields)aredescribedcoveringbothmaterialsandweartestissues.
