【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscoverthetestingoffibrous-insulatedelectricalconductors,commonlyreferredtoasmagnetwire,whichareusedinelectricalapparatus.Thetestmethodsareintendedprimarilyforevaluationoftheelectricalinsulatingmaterialsused.Itisintendedthatthesetestmethodsbeused,exceptwheremodifiedbyindividualspecificationsforparticularapplications.Thesetestmethodsapplytothosemagnetwiresthatarefiber-coveredandinwhichthesubstrateisbareconductororiscoatedwithanunderlyinginsulatingfilmascoveredbyTestMethodsD1676.Fiber-coveredwiresareproducedbyservinghelicallyorwrappingfibersorfibrous-tapeinsulationuniformlyaroundthewireinsingleandmultiplelayers.Theservedorwrappedmaterialsarebondedornotbondedtotheunderlyingwire.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsarethestandard.TheSIequivalentsofinch-poundunitsareprovidedforreference.Thetestmethodsappearinthefollowingsections:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Seeandforspecificcautionstatements.ThisstandardandIEC60851aresimilarifnotequivalentintechnicalcontent.ThisstandardandNEMA,MW1000aresimilarifnotequivalentintechnicalcontent.
