【摘要】:TheseriesofInternationalStandardscoveredbyParts3-10,3-21,3-22,3-23,3-24and3-25ofIEC60332specifiesmethodsoftestfortheassessmentofverticalflamespreadofvertically-mountedbunchedwiresorcables,electricaloroptical,underdefinedconditions.NOTEForthepurposeofthisstandardtheterm"electricwireorcable"coversallinsulatedmetallicconductorcablesusedfortheconveyanceofenergyorsignals.Thetestisintendedfortypeapprovaltesting.TherequirementsfortheselectionofcablesfortestingaregiveninannexA.Theflamespreadismeasuredastheextentofdamageofthecablesample.Thisproceduremaybeusedtodemonstratethecable'sabilitytolimitflamespread.ThispartofIEC60332coverscategoryAandrelatestocablesinstalledonthetestladdertoachieveanominaltotalvolumeofnon-metallicmaterialof7l/moftestsample.Theflameapplicationtimeis40min.Themethodofmountingusesthefrontoftheladder,astandardorwideladderbeingusedforcableshavingaconductorcross-sectiongreaterthan35mmaccordingtothenumberoftestpiecesrequired,andastandardladderforconductorcross-sections35mmandsmaller.Thecategoryisintendedforgeneralusewherehighvolumesofnon-metallicmaterialarerequiredtobeevaluated.ArecommendedperformancerequirementisgiveninannexB.

【摘要】:Uponagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier,fabricsintendedforthisenduseshouldmeetalloftherequirementslistedinTable1ofthisperformancespecification.ItisrecognizedthatforpurposesoffashionoraestheticstheultimateconsumerofarticlesmadefromthesefabricsmayfindacceptablefabricsthatdonotconformtoalloftherequirementsinTable1.Therefore,oneormoreoftherequirementslistedinTable1maybemodifieduponagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Insuchcases,anyreferencestothespecificationshallspecifythat.x201C;ThisfabricmeetsASTMSpecificationD4115exceptforthefollowingcharacteristic(s).x201D;Wherenoprepurchaseagreementhasbeenreachedbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier,andincaseofcontroversy,therequirementslistedinTable1areintendedtobeusedasaguideonly.Asnotedin5.2,ultimateconsumerdemandsdictatevaryingperformanceparametersforanyparticularstyleoffabric.Thesignificanceanduseofparticularpropertiesandmethodsarediscussedintheappropriatesectionsofthespecifiedmethods.1.1Thisperformancespecificationcoverswovenandknittedfabricscomprisedofanytextilefiberormixtureoffiberstobeusedinwomen''sandgirls''dressgloves.1.2Thisperformancespecificationisnotapplicabletofabricsusedforinterliningsandindustrial-protectiveclothing.1.3Theserequirementsapplytothelengthandwidthdirectionsforthosepropertieswhereeachfabricdirectionispertinent.1.4Thefollowingprecautinarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section7,ofthisperformancespecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
