【摘要】:Thedeterminationofthetotalvolume%ofsaturates,olefins,andaromaticsinpetroleumfractionsisimportantincharacterizingthequalityofpetroleumfractionsasgasolineblendingcomponentsandasfeedstocatalyticreformingprocesses.Thisinformationisalsoimportantincharacterizingpetroleumfractionsandproductsfromcatalyticreformingandfromthermalandcatalyticcrackingasblendingcomponentsformotorandaviationfuels.Thisinformationisalsoimportantasameasureofthequalityoffuels,suchasspecifiedinSpecificationD1655.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofhydrocarbontypesovertheconcentrationrangesfrom5to99volume%aromatics,0.3to55volume%olefins,and1to95volume%saturatesinpetroleumfractionsthatdistillbelow315x00B0;C.Thistestmethodmayapplytoconcentrationsoutsidetheseranges,buttheprecisionhasnotbeendetermined.Samplescontainingdark-coloredcomponentsthatinterfereinreadingthechromatographicbandscannotbeanalyzed.Note18212;Forthedeterminationofolefinsbelow0.3volume%,othertestmethodsareavailable,suchasTestMethodD2710.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedforusewithfullboilingrangeproducts.Cooperativedatahaveestablishedthattheprecisionstatementdoesnotapplytonarrowboilingpetroleumfractionsnearthe315x00B0;Climit.Suchsamplesarenotelutedproperly,andresultsareerratic.1.3Theapplicabilityofthistestmethodtoproductsderivedfromfossilfuelsotherthanpetroleum,suchascoal,shale,ortarsands,hasnotbeendetermined,andtheprecisionstatementmayormaynotapplytosuchproducts.1.4Thistestmethodhastwoprecisionstatementsdepictedintables.Thefirsttableisapplicabletounleadedfuelsthatdonotcontainoxygenatedblendingcomponents.Itmayormaynotapplytoautomotivegasolinescontainingleadantiknockmixtures.Thesecondtableisapplicabletooxygenateblended(forexample,MTBE,ethanol)automotivesparkignitionfuelsampleswithaconcentrationrangeof13x2013;40volumepercentaromatics,4x2013;33volumepercentolefins,and45x2013;68volumepercentsaturates.1.5Theoxygenatedblendingcomponents,methanol,ethanol,methyl-tert-butylether(MTBE),tert-amylmethylether(TAME),andethyl-tert-butylether(ETBE),donotinterferewiththedeterminationofhydrocarbontypesatconcentrationsnormallyfoundincommercialblends.Theseoxygenatedcomponentsarenotdetectedsincetheyelutewiththealcoholdesorbent.Otheroxygenatedcompoundsshallbeindividuallyverified.Whensamplescontainingoxygenatedblendingcomponentsareanalyzed,correcttheresultstoatotal-samplebasis.1.6WARNINGMercuryhasbeendesignatedbymanyregulatoryagenciesasahazardousmaterialthatcancausecentralnervoussystem,kidneyandliverdamage.Mercury,oritsvapor,maybehazardoustohealthandcorrosivetomaterials.Cautionshouldbetakenwhenhandlingmercuryandmercurycontainingproducts.SeetheapplicableproductMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)fordetailsandEPAx2019;swebsitehttp://www.epa.gov/mercury/faq.htmforadditionalinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatsellingmercuryand/ormercury......
