【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofvitaminB6infoodstuffsbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).VitaminB6isthemassfractionofthesumofpyridoxine,pyridoxal,pyridoxamineincludingtheirphosphorylatedderivativesdeterminedaspyridoxine.Theβ-glycosylatedformsarenottakenintoaccount.ThesecanbedeterminedwiththemethodgiveninEN14663[1]bywhichthedifferentvitamersofvitaminB6(pyridoxal,pyridoxamineandpyridoxine)areseparatedandindividuallyquantified.AthirdEuropeanStandard(EN141661)[2]determinesthetotalvitaminB6bymicrobiologicalassay.
